Founder's Wingman for Solving
Complex Business Problems
“Every founder needs an advisor who is a wingman — not a third wheel.”
Helping founders solve complex business problems across strategy, growth, capital, and operations. From 0→1 validation to 1→100 scale.
What We Do
Most advisors work in one function.
Businesses fail because these functions don't talk to each other.
We solve problems across the entire business system.
Strategic Advisory
Helping founders make critical business decisions around growth, positioning, and long-term direction.
Go-To-Market Architecture
Designing data-backed GTM strategies using consumer research, persona identification, and positioning frameworks.
Turnaround & Profitability
Diagnosing why businesses grow but fail to generate profits, and restructuring models to restore profitability.
Capital Strategy & Fundraising
Preparing startups for capital through investment readiness, narrative building, and investor processes.
Financial Architecture (VCFO)
Providing financial leadership to startups that need strong finance systems but don't yet have a full CFO team.
How We Solve Problems
Every company problem falls into one of four categories
We diagnose which one it is.
Market & Consumer Clarity
Many startups scale without fully understanding their consumer.
- Consumer persona mapping
- Early adopter identification
- Behavioral analysis
- Quantitative & qualitative research
A consumer brand doing ₹3Cr ARR approached us before scaling. We conducted consumer research, analyzed perception gaps, and rebuilt their GTM strategy before they raised capital.
Growth & GTM Systems
Many founders achieve 0→1, but struggle with 1→100 scale.
- Positioning & messaging
- Market segmentation
- Channel strategy
- Scaling roadmap
For a pre-launch brand, we built consumer segmentation, ideal consumer persona, and a brand positioning framework — the foundation for their entire marketing execution.
Financial & Operational Diagnosis
Some companies grow but founders cannot take money out of the business.
- Working capital cycles
- Inventory structures
- Receivables vs payables
- Product profitability
A business generating strong sales had cash shortages. Profits came from one hero product, while cash was locked in slow-moving inventory. We restructured their working capital cycle.
Business Model Restructuring
Sometimes the business model itself needs adjustment.
- Model redesign
- Capital efficiency
- Scalability architecture
- Asset-light transitions
A multi-location studio business had heavy capex and limited runway. We redesigned it to an asset-light franchise model, preventing a potential cash-flow collapse.

Case Studies
Real problems. Real outcomes.
A consumer brand had achieved early traction with approximately ₹50 lakh in revenue within its first year. Before raising capital and scaling, the founders wanted to ensure they were targeting the right customers and communicating the brand correctly. The risk was clear: scaling prematurely without clarity could lead to wasted marketing spend and incorrect customer targeting.
We conducted a structured market and consumer analysis including primary consumer research, secondary market research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and consumer perception analysis. This allowed us to identify the Ideal Consumer Persona, Early Adopter Persona, consumer pain points, and brand perception gaps. Using these insights, we rebuilt the company's Go-To-Market strategy and brand positioning.
The company gained clarity on its most valuable customer segment, the messaging that resonated with them, and how to deploy capital effectively while scaling. When the company raised funds and expanded, growth efforts were focused on the right audience and channels.
